short explanation:
Moody is a heart feeling that used your emotions and can make yourself mess up.
The moody person don’t like changes. But they’re also changes them self easier.
My point of view:
I’ve been there in 20 years of my life. Be a moodiest person, and it was made me looked bad.
And at one time (I forgot when), it was the hardest part of my life, when my idealistic were meet my parents thought. I just realized that I couldn’t be the same person like I do in 20 years of my life before.
SO, I just tires hard to know what am I. what do I love. and so on..
I just couldn’t be the same girl who always said YES dad, YES mom, YES yes yes and yes to everybody.
I realized that I should use my own thought. This is my life, and I own my own life. Be free and STOP crying for the things I haven’t done yet, because it wasn’t mine.

what causes moodiness??
1. IDENTITY CRISIS.
my emotions just up and down. Hard for me to choose what’s I love or what’s I don’t love. I don’t believe reality and expects things too high.
2. BIG ANXIETY
I used my sensitive side too much. Too much worries even it was just a little things. I don’t have a good relationship with my parents, my friends, my boyfriend, and I not good in my study.
3. TOO MUCH PRESSURE
STRESSES! and DEPRESSED!
and i decided to STOP my moodiest, and believe what I believe.
How come?
1. It’s a matter of MIND!
believe that u’re no alone. solve problems, be a stronger person, use ur logic and give ur BIG heart!
patient, slowly but surely.
set a happy thought always, because what u think is what u will become.
2. THINK POSITIVE
optimistic! say no to pessimistic!
whatever happens, just look at the bright side. get a life!
if it is not coming for us, just be realistic! letting them go, and move on! because LIFE GOES ON!
whatever happens for a reason. u learned by what u’re have done.
3. HAPPY GO LUCKY
Hang out with happy people and think about happy stuff. Put your sadness in the basket. learn to let go!
start the day with your best SMILE and close the day with a BIG heart!
4. TALK TO SOMEONE
trust me it works!
when u can talk to someone about ur problems, it means u will be okay. and everything going better!
you should try to let it go… try it!
5. TAKE A LOOK AROUND
go around. don’t waste your time and upset. you should realize that the world is bigger than your problems.
don’t waste any worthy things!!
6. INDULGE YOURSELF
Relax your self, don’t think to much… GO OUT and LOVE your self!
7. DON’T SWEAT SMALL THINGS
Do not do DRAMA! stop being a dram queen/king!
Stop Complaining and try to enjoy life..
8. AVOID THESE FOOD
makanan berlemak itu kebanyakan malah mempengaruhi mood loh..
Do n’t avoid a ‘fatty’ foods, sometimes we still need it!
but, still provided to keep the calories. too much is not good, right?
9. LOVE EVERY PROCESS
Let it flow.. enjoy your things with patience..
